AirMail distribution

cd3wd know full well that data in the 3rd world is usually very expensive and often bandwidth is low. So - if you do not have the bandwidth or the funds to download, then we can airmail a set of 4 dvds's to you for *** FREE *** (this may be a limited offer - normal price is $8-00 or equivalent in hard currency). The price for destinations in developed countries is $20-00. Payment is through Paypal. Also/alternatively, every capital city in every third world country has an ISP and/or a cybercafe with enough bandwidth to nicely download cd3wd. Better even if you go to one of these useless international organisations like UN, World Bank, IMF, and the various international and local NGO's - since most of these people have the bandwidth, and they are supposed to be in the business of helping the 3rd world. But I warn you - you may expend a lot of blood pressure and leave empty-handed....

It would also be sensible for you and/or them to use the free resource Download Accelerator Plus (DAP), which is downloadable itself from http://www.download.com/Download-Accelerator-Plus/3000-2071_4-10530210.html?tag=lst-0-1 - this enables the resumption of broken, partial or failed downloads.... Note that there are several other similar products available - google 'download utility' or 'sourceforge download utility' or something similar to that..... Note that Aria2 may be a good one, since most/all sourceforge products are good and also free....
