Medical Insurance System - under construction July through September 2004 for a existing client in Africa.

This will be a world-class, multi-language, highly flexible, parameterised system, suitable for high-tech, high-connectivity and also for low-tech, low-connectivity clients globally.

The system will probably be written in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Borland Interbase database, and the server will run under Windows or under Linux; for both solutions, the database itself is licence-cost-free.

The client programming language is not yet chosen.

We intend that the vast majority of source code will be written on the server, i.e. a fat-server-thin-client solution.

The system will be highly automated, with data entry by the service providers, and with 99 per cent of authorisations being done automatically to a simple but highly powerful set of table-stored algorithms.
