Note all Zimbabwe Prices are in Zimbabwe Dollars (which are set at US$ 1 = Z$ 38 since January 1999 through January 2000, despite 70% inflation). All Uk Prices in GBP. All measurement units are per Kilogramme, except for Fresh Milk which is per litre and also for eggs which are per 12, and of course for Bread. The percentage protein value for dried fish is a guesstimate - sorry. Note that in value columns, lower values are more economical. The column P/C Ratio is Protein/Calorie Ratio in grams of protein per 1000 kilocalories - an adult requires a ratio of about 17 or more on average, babies and children quite a bit more....
