In shot Lake Tanganyika Development and Relief Organization (TADERO) is a

Nan Governmental organization which established in 1999 and registered in March 2000.TADERO have 75 members among them 50 are women and the rest are man.

Vision statement:

TADERO believes that Lake Tanganyika area will be free of absolutely poverty, Drug abuse and HIV/AIDS.

Mission Statement:

TADERO is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that aiming at improving socio-economical status and fighting against substance use, which contribute to poverty and HIV/AIDS for the community’s members in lake Tanganyika area

3) Support to Agriculture	*Conducted trading on agricultural techniques and skills, agro forestry *Provision of agricultural input	*To provide more extension services *To provide agricultural inputs @ 15K$
4)Orphans Children Project	* Mobilized them in the schools and to know the problem facing them.	To pay school fees for 100 orphans students along Lake Tanganyika show Villages each year for 5 years. To establish centers for Orphans who have not Secondary education in order to provide them a secondary education and Vocation education.
5) Fighting against HIV/AIDS, drug abuse and alcoholism	*Conduct campaigns in Kigoma town through speeches, drama and songs from cultural grps. *Drug abuse and excessive drinks among youths in lake Tanganyika area *Conducted training and campaign against drug	*To conduct training for 500 religious leaders on HIV/AIDS concept, effects, spreading and prevention @ 5K$ *To Train Local Leaders in twenty-four (24) wards in Kigoma Region * To conduct Drug day campaign every year.
6) Environmental conservation	*Mobilizing people to plant indigenous trees	*To establish tree nursery through community based a forestation @ 6K$
7) Support to women and youth groups.	Mobilizing youths and women to form economical 14 groups and provided agricultural inputs at Kiganza village	To continue with training on micro projects management and provision of agricultural input at Kalalangabo, Kiganza, Bugamba and Mwamgongo @ 2K$
8) Support to water project	Mobilizing community to construct shallow wells at Kiziba village.	To continue with mobilization to construct more 3 shallow wells at Kiziba village. @ 4K$
9) Human rights and civic education	To conduct 8 training on Human rights in three district.	To continue with training about Human rights and civic education in Kibondo, Kasulu, and Kigoma, Districts.
10) Discovery of New Drug(Chamkwale)	To communicate with Ant Drug Commission, And National chemistry Office in order to know, content of Drug, which is, contain in.	To continue with Research in Lake Tanganyika shoe Villages.
